1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Camera Usage and Image Data PokerVision requires access to your device's camera strictly to scan and evaluate video poker hands in real-time. All image processing and mathematical evaluations are performed locally on your device using an offline machine learning model. We do not record video, take secret photos, or upload your camera feed to any external servers. What the camera sees stays entirely on your device.

Third-Party Advertising and Analytics (Google AdMob) PokerVision uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob automatically collects certain device information to provide personalized ads and analyze ad performance. This data may include:

• Your Android Advertising ID

• IP address

• Device type and operating system

• App usage interaction data

Google AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior usage of our App or other apps on your device.

In-App Purchases and Financial Data PokerVision offers optional premium features ("PokerVision Pro") via in-app purchases. All transactions are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Store billing system. DariLeaked Games LLC does not collect, process, or store your credit card information, bank details, or personal billing address. Your purchase history is tied strictly to your Google Account.

Usage Logs and Crash Reports We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports and performance data through the Google Play Console. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to identify bugs and improve the stability of the App.

2. Data Retention and Security

Because PokerVision’s core features operate entirely offline and locally on your device, we do not maintain external servers to store user accounts or personal profiles. Any data processed by the App (such as session statistics or report cards) is stored locally on your device and is wiped if you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

PokerVision is intended for adult audiences and does not target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
